Trunk or Treat
The annual Trunk or Treat event is a free family trick or treating event on Saturday, October 24 (rain date Sun. Oct 25) and is open to all. Each year, children and adults visit Dedham Square for an afternoon of trick or treating and fun. The event spreads throughout all of Dedham Square all the way to the Registry of Deeds. Guests are encouraged to park in Dedham Square and visit Square businesses between 2-5pm for trick or treating, shopping, and live music on the way to the Registry of Deeds lot (at High and Ames St). All are encouraged to dress up in Halloween costumes (no scary or gore please).
At the Registry of Deeds lot, from 3-5pm kids receive treats from cars decorated by local businesses and organizations and also enjoy free activities including an inflatable bounce house, games, crafts, music, dancing and a selfie station. Please park in Dedham Square. No parking at Registry of Deeds.

Trunk or Treat is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business! Children and families “trick or treat” from cars and trunks creatively decorated by local businesses and non-profits like yours. Reach thousands of children and adults in a single afternoon, Promote your business by handing out treats, goodies, and marketing materials (plan for at least 1,800 treats for the kids) & Show off your creativity by decking out your vehicle in a fun, eye-catching theme! This is a NON SELLING event.

New this year! Trunk or Treat will have an area for selling vendors.
Trunkers are not allowed to sell. Vendors who apply as selling vendors can sell.
Booth space cost is $100 + $3 application fee for businesses and non-profits who want to sell.
WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING FOOD VENDORS.
Vendors selling anything that can be put on a human or pet body, candles, body care items, pet food/treats (or other circumstances) must provide a current Certificate of Liability Insurance form naming Dedham Square Circle, PO Box 593, Dedham, MA 02027 as additionally insured.

-Dedham has 2 Commuter Rail Stations: Endicott and Dedham Corporate. Both are a short Uber/Lift ride or 30 min walk. Schedules can be found here.
