Salem Food Market is one of the oldest restaurants established in the historic town of Dedham

Over the past 25 years there have been only 3 owners. The most recent owner is Freddie Zagami. Freddie acquired the market in the spring of 2010, and has been busy ever since. Freddie has worked in the restaurant business for the past 15 years and it was a natural progression and a lifelong dream of Freddie’s to transition from working for others to owning his own restaurant. Salem Food Market has a fantastic reputation to live up to and Freddie is aiming to maintain that reputation, with plans to make it a bigger and better success! Please be sure to visit our menu, specials and catering pages for more information about our food.
