Free Fitness Classes on the Green
All adults are welcome to participate in Free Yoga and Zumba classes on the Town Green! Stretch and relax or dance under the open sky! Classes are led by professional staff from Embodying Compassion and Arko Dance Studio in Dedham Square and are perfect for all levels.

Saturday, August 15 at 10am - Yoga with Aly from Embodying Compassion
Wednesday, August 26 at 6pm - Yoga with Erika from Embodying Compassion
Sunday, August 30 at 9am - Zumba with Arko from Arko Dance Studio
Saturday, September 19 at 10am - Yoga with Aly from Embodying Compassion
Saturday, September 26 at 10am - Yoga with Erika from Embodying Compassion
Sunday, October 11 at 9am - Zumba with Arko from Arko Dance Studio
Wednesday, October 14 at 6pm - Yoga with Erika from Embodying CompassionRegistration is required for each participant. Arrive a few minutes early to sign in. Bring a mat for yoga classes. Class will be cancelled if raining.
Free Concerts on the Green
Wind down or start your evening with a free concert on Tuesdays 6-8pm in the summer and Saturdays 4-6pm in the fall! The 2026 Concerts on the Green series will feature a variety live local bands and musicians every week on the Town Green at 600 High St, Dedham Square. Bring your dancing shoes for a season of great tunes under the stars! Concerts are free.
Pick up dinner, drinks and treats in the Square on your way and enjoy them at the concert. Visit the Square Business Directory for links to order online.
